HibretHub connects senders with travellers to facilitate parcel. We provide matching, tracking, and payment tools but do not guarantee delivery times unless expressly stated in a booking.
3. User accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Sender & traveller obligations
Users must comply with applicable customs, aviation, and local laws. Prohibited items, false declarations, or unsafe handling may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities.
5. Payments & fees
Fees, commissions, and refunds are processed according to the pricing shown at checkout and our payment policies. Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may lead to account restriction.
6. Privacy

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HibretHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected transaction where applicable.
